Delivery of Products & Services

Goods are delivered as digital downloads via email immediately following purchase. Should you not receive our email within 10 minutes of purchase, please first check your spam folder. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products on this store, we normally do not offer refunds.

Purchases on our External Stores

In order to provide you with physical products bearing our designs, we sell on external stores (at time of writing, Zazzle and Amazon), and we always attempt to select outlets with a good reputation.

Unfortunately, whilst we can take responsibility for the provision of products/services and customer service on THIS site, we are unable to do so on external sites. By their very nature, these sites are out of our control.

So in the first instance, if you have an issue with a product you've ordered on an external store, be sure to get in touch with their customer service team. They will have all the details of your order, so they are in the best position possible to help sort you out and hopefully resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
