By their very nature, external sites are out of our control. So whilst we endeavor to sell on outlets with a good reputation, sometimes things go wrong.
So, if you have an issue with a product you've ordered on an external store, be sure to get in touch with their customer service team in the first instance. They will have all the details of your order, so are in the best position possible to help sort you out and hopefully resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
I've bought a product on an external site (e.g. Amazon/Zazzle) and have a problem. What should I do?
Can I use your designs commercially and sell them on?
Sorry, but no. All designs - desktop wallpaper, reading journal sheets, coloring pages, whatever - are for PERSONAL USE ONLY and cannot be resold. Find our copyright info & more in our Terms & Conditions section (link in footer).
Do you use AI tools to generate your designs?
Yes, many of the images we use have been generated using AI software. Some of the images we use have been purchased (with a full commercial licence), and most of these will have been generated with AI software.
That said, if you've been led to imagine that AI is a shortcut, think again! Once we have an image to work with, we use tools, such as Affinity Designer & Inkscape, to edit artwork as necessary then rework it into a final design. We have also spent a good deal of time & care in stylizing our notebook & reading journal interiors on Amazon, and we dearly hope you'll love the results.
